We do not provide holistic health services directly; rather, we facilitate connections between Clients and independent Practitioners.

4. User Eligibility and Account Creation

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. 6.1 Practitioner Qualifications

Practitioners must possess all required licenses, certifications, and credentials necessary to practice their specific discipline legally in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify such qualifications and to remove Practitioners who misrepresent their qualifications.

6.2 Independent Contractors

Practitioners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Holistic Practitioner Hub. Practitioners are solely responsible for the services they provide to Clients.

We charge Practitioners a service fee for use of our platform. The specific fee structure will be communicated to Practitioners during registration and may be updated from time to time. Practitioners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on their earnings.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Service (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of our Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any User Content. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise find objectionable.

Our Service allows Clients to book appointments with Practitioners. All appointments are subject to Practitioner availability and confirmation.

8.2 Cancellation Policy

Each Practitioner sets their own cancellation policy, which will be displayed at the time of booking. Clients agree to comply with the cancellation policy of the Practitioner they book with. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account suspension.

8.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments through our Service, subject to the Practitioner’s availability and cancellation policy.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Pricing

Practitioners set their own prices for services offered through our platform. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before booking.

9.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions between Clients and Practitioners. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of these payment processors.

9.3 Payment Authorization

When you provide payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

9.4 Fees and Taxes

We may charge service fees for the use of our platform. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of our Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Holistic Practitioner Hub expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Portland, Oregon, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
